A virtual card
The Vueni Card is a virtual card. It lives in the Vueni app. It is in both plans, Sparkle and Prism.
A few plain facts:
It spends US dollars. Every purchase is in dollars.
It is for people in 31 US states. Card eligibility depends on the state you live in. The sign-up flow tells you if your state is included.
It comes through Whop. Vueni is not a bank. Banking services and the virtual card are provided through Whop’s financial infrastructure and its partners.
Freeze
Freeze your card with one tap. While it is frozen, new purchases are declined. Unfreeze it the same way.
Freezing applies to purchases tried after you freeze. It cannot undo a purchase that already went through.
Limits
You can set a per-purchase limit. A purchase over the limit is declined, and Vueni tells you why.
You can set a limit by hand at any time. Calm Mode uses the same control: it can suggest a lower limit until morning, sized so groceries still go through.
Gambling is declined on every Vueni Card by our card partner’s rules.
Add money
Add money shows your account numbers for a bank transfer. Use them for direct deposit from your employer, or to move money in from another bank.
Your numbers are hidden until you show them with Face ID or Touch ID. They appear once your account opens.
Pots
Pots let you set money aside for something, such as rent or a trip. Name a pot, and you can add a goal if you want one. Pots help you see what is spoken for before you spend.
Questions
Can I use the Vueni Card abroad or in another currency?
The card spends US dollars. A purchase in another currency is charged in dollars. Check the card terms for any fee on foreign purchases.
What if I live outside the 31 states?
The card is not available there yet. We will say on this page when that changes.
Does freezing my card cancel a subscription?
No. Freezing declines new charges, which may include a subscription’s next charge. To end a subscription, cancel it with the company that bills you.
