Privacy notice
This notice explains what the public TUC website may collect. Separate, project-specific terms apply to product work. The principles below describe our current approach. They are not a product privacy policy.
What we collect
When you send a contact request, we receive the details that you enter: your name, email, contact reason, and message. We also receive your phone number if you add it.
When you join the Vueni waitlist, we receive your email address. We also receive your first name if you add it.
Framer, our website provider, may also process basic technical and analytics data, such as page visits, device type, and approximate location.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site.
How we use and protect it
We use contact details to reply to you and to decide whether we can help.
We use the available site analytics to check that pages work.
We keep contact records only as long as we need them to reply, or to meet legal and security requirements. We collect only the information that we need, and we periodically remove records that we no longer need.
We limit access to contact information, and we use the controls that our service providers make available.
In our product work, we follow these principles:
We make the consent and the purpose clear before we use data.
We keep data sources and important gaps visible.
The responsible partner reviews each result that can affect a person, and that partner makes the final decision.
Models have limits. We do not describe a model as neutral, complete, or certain.

Your choices
You choose whether to send a form. Share only the information that you are comfortable sending.
You may ask us to:
Tell you what personal information we keep.
Send you a copy of the personal information related to a contact request.
Correct personal information that we keep, if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
Remove personal information that we keep, unless we must keep it for a lawful reason.
