Privacy notice
Use less data. Explain every use.

Effective date: August 3, 2026
This notice explains what the public TUC website may collect. Separate, project-specific terms apply to product work. The principles below describe TUC’s current approach. They are not a product privacy policy.
What this site collects
When you send a contact request, TUC receives the details you enter: your name, email, organization, contact reason, and message. Framer may also process basic technical and analytics data, such as page visits, device type, and approximate location.
Why TUC uses this information
TUC uses contact details to reply and decide whether TUC can help. TUC uses available site analytics to check whether pages work. TUC does not ask for sensitive personal information through this site.
Consent and choice
You choose whether to send the form. Only share information that you are comfortable sending. You can contact TUC to ask what personal information TUC keeps, correct that information, or request deletion.
Retention
TUC keeps contact records only as long as needed to reply or meet legal and security requirements. TUC collects only needed information and periodically removes records that TUC no longer needs.
Product privacy principles
- TUC makes consent and purpose clear before using data.
- TUC keeps data sources and important gaps visible.
- The responsible partner reviews each result that can affect a person and makes the final decision.
- Models have limits. TUC does not describe a model as neutral, complete, or certain.
These are current principles. They are not a product privacy policy or a certification claim.
Access
You may ask for a copy of personal information associated with a contact request.
Correction
You may ask TUC to correct incomplete or inaccurate contact information.
Deletion
You may ask TUC to remove contact information unless TUC must retain it for a lawful reason.
Security
TUC limits access to contact information and uses the controls available through its service providers.
