Privacy notice

Use less data. Explain every use.

This notice explains what the public TUC website may collect. Product work follows separate, project-specific terms; the principles below describe TUC’s current approach, not a product privacy policy.

What this site collects

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, organization, enquiry type, and message. Framer may also process basic technical and analytics data, such as page visits, device type, and approximate location.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply and decide whether a conversation is useful. Basic site analytics, when available, help us understand whether pages work. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site.

Consent and choice

Sending the form is your choice. Only share information you are comfortable sending. You can contact us to ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as they are useful for the conversation, our work, or basic legal and security needs. We minimize what we collect and periodically remove records we no longer need.

Product privacy principles

  • Consent and purpose should be clear before data is used.
  • Data sources and important gaps should remain visible.
  • People should review consequential outputs.
  • Models have boundaries. They should not be presented as neutral, complete, or certain.

These are working principles, not a product privacy policy or claim of certification.
