1. The Understanding Company is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts, balances, cards, and money movement are provided through Whop’s financial infrastructure and its partners.
2. Health signals are computed on your iPhone from Apple Health, which includes Apple Watch data and data that Oura and WHOOP sync to it. Vueni receives at most three derived numbers (how your sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate compare with your usual), never raw health records, and never uses health data for credit, underwriting, or advertising.
3. Integrations roll out over time and may not be available in every region.
4. Gambling merchant categories are declined at authorization on every Vueni Card by the card program’s default rules. Merchants that code themselves differently (for example sweepstakes casinos), alcohol, and other guardrails are detected after the purchase, and Vueni can then pause your card.
5. Values mode lets you choose guardrails, interest-free savings, and a giving rule that fit your beliefs. Vueni does not certify products as meeting any particular religious standard, and giving figures are estimates to confirm with your own advisor.
6. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is variable, subject to change, and depends on eligibility. Yield is provided through Whop Treasury on eligible balances.
7. Cashback is earned on eligible purchases made with the Vueni Card. Merchant-funded offers are provided by Whop; boosted cashback is funded by The Understanding Company through platform cashback rules and may change at any time.
