Call them with POST /v1/understand and a decision, or as MCP tools: check_return_window, route_support_message, score_signal_baseline, route_member_message, check_document_complete.
The health decisions, signal_baseline, member_route and document_complete, take derived numbers and generic labels only, never raw records. None is a diagnosis. None is an emergency service: member_route can’t be relied on to catch every emergency, so keep your own emergency path.
